After placing an order, you'll always receive a confirmation email with your order number . Didn't receive an email? Then your order hasn't been processed yet (check your spam folder as well).
Delivery time & delivery days
- Ordered before 12:00 → usually delivered the next day.
- Macarons with logo : delivery time approximately 2 days .
- Larger orders : delivery time in consultation.
- Delivery Monday through Saturday . We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders placed on the weekend: first delivery day is Tuesday .
Cooling & shelf life
We ship with Packs Special Care : securely packaged and equipped with a cooling element to keep the macarons at the perfect temperature. Deliveries to Belgium are made via DHL .
After receipt, the macarons can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days .
Order tip: order on time
Need them for a party, birthday, or event ? Have your macarons delivered 1 or 2 days early . Thanks to their 5-day refrigeration shelf life, they maintain excellent quality and prevent any delivery stress.
Shipping costs & transparency
- Prices on the website include VAT , but exclude shipping costs .
- We charge €7.50 shipping costs per delivery address in the Netherlands.
- Multiple delivery addresses? We're happy to prepare a separate quote .

We like to keep costs transparent . Safe, refrigerated shipping requires care and materials: a sturdy box, a cooling element, careful packaging, and a reliable courier. This way, you know exactly what you're paying for, and your macarons arrive in perfect condition.
