Delivery and delivery costs
Delivery of macarons
If you choose individual macarons from us, the minimum order quantity is 12 pieces. Due to the quality of the packaging and the sending of cooling, it is not possible for us to send smaller orders. Chocolate products are an exception to this. When you place an order, you will always receive a confirmation email with the order number. If you do not receive this, the order has not yet been completed. (This also sometimes ends up in the spam filter)
Delivery will take place within 24 hours if the product is ordered before 12:00 (except macarons with logo or large orders (delivery time in consultation, macarons with logo +/- 2 days). Products are delivered from Monday to Saturday.
No products are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. When ordering during the weekend, the first delivery day is Tuesday.
Cooling
We send the order with Packs, well packed and with a cooling element in the packaging. Belgium we deliver with Postnl.
The macarons can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days after receipt.
Order on time
Do you need macarons for an event or birthday? Have them delivered a day earlier. They will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator without loss of quality. This way you don't make the delivery too exciting.
Postage costs
The prices on our website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of shipping costs. Per order we charge € 7.50 shipping costs per delivery address in the Netherlands. If you have a larger number of delivery addresses, we will quote the shipping costs separately.
Why shipping costs? Some webshops do not charge shipping costs, but it costs money, this is often included in the price of the products. We like to keep it clear and often the deliverers are the victims of the low shipping costs. We do not support this. Not only the courier, but also the box, the cooling element and the packing employee costs money.
